2025 English Teacher
Start date - January 2025
We seek two keen and enthusiastic English teachers to join our English faculty who should be confident in teaching junior and senior levels. Applicants should have a current New Zealand teacher registration and a working knowledge of the New Zealand curriculum.
The successful candidate will have:
- a genuine passion for teaching and a clear understanding of NCEA
- experience in differentiated teaching at the junior and senior levels
- ability to be a team player who will work collaboratively to raise student achievement
- knowledge of the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and ensure te reo me ōna Tikanga are upheld
- relational practices to tautoko positive relationships within our kura
A commitment to mana ōrite mō te mātauranga māori, and cultural responsiveness is also essential.
