2025 PE Teacher
Start date - January 2025
Due to an internal promotion we now seek a dynamic, passionate and enthusiastic teacher of P.E and Health to join our P.E and Health faculty. Applicants should have a current New Zealand teacher registration and a working knowledge of the New Zealand curriculum. Previous candidates need not apply.
The successful candidate will have:
- a genuine passion for teaching and a clear understanding of NCEA
- experience in differentiated teaching at the junior and senior levels
- ability to be a team player who will work collaboratively to raise student achievement
- knowledge of the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and ensure te reo me ōna Tikanga are upheld
- relational practices to tautoko positive relationships within our kura
A commitment to mana ōrite mō te mātauranga māori, and cultural responsiveness is also essential.
