We have been advised by the Post Primary Teachers’ Association (PPTA) that members covered under the Secondary Teachers’ Collective Agreement will be taking part in a series of strike actions over the coming weeks. These actions will affect different year levels on different days, as summarised below:

During the full-day strike on Thursday 23 October, Rosehill College will be closed for instruction, and no supervision will be available. On other strike days, classes will run for year levels not affected.

These actions are part of national negotiations between the PPTA and the Ministry of Education. We respect the right of union members to take industrial action and appreciate your understanding during this period. Normal classes will resume for all students outside the strike dates listed above.
