Year 9 Students Meet the Prime Minister
It was a memorable evening for Year 9 students Max Gosney and Mitchell Senior, who had the opportunity to meet the Prime Minister at a fundraising event held at Vin Alto Restaurant on Saturday.
During the evening's question-and-answer session, Mitchell, who has a strong interest in politics, had the chance to ask the Prime Minister a question directly—a moment he is unlikely to forget.
Max and Mitchell proudly represented Rosehill College and the wider Papakura community by wearing their school uniforms throughout the event.
Opportunities like these give students a chance to engage with civic leadership, broaden their perspectives, and connect what they learn in the classroom with the wider world.
Congratulations to Max and Mitchell on being part of such a special occasion. We hope it is an experience that continues to inspire them in the years ahead.
