Let’s Talk Heart Health – A Wānanga for Māori & Pasifika Communities
Iwi United Engaged (IUE), supported by Papakura Marae, is proud to back Sinclair and his team in their important research project focused on improving heart health among Māori and Pasifika communities in Aotearoa.
Heart disease continues to affect our people at higher rates, and this kaupapa aims to change that—by understanding the challenges, listening to whānau voices, and creating better pathways to care. This research is for us, by us — it begins with kōrero, connection, and collaboration. Together, we can reclaim our hauora, one heartbeat at a time. 💓
