Student Office Reception/SENCo Administrator

Full Time, Term Time Only

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensuring all processes and procedures are completed efficiently and in a timely manner
  • Being able to offer students, staff, parents and caregivers administration support
  • Administration tasks as directed by the Student Office Manager such as counter enquiries – data entry
  • Enter and maintain student data in KAMAR as directed by the SENCo/HOD Learning Support

Personal Attributes

  • Excellent communication and computer skills
  • Conscientious and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excel and Word experience
  • Experience with KAMAR or a student management system and advantage
  • Ability to multi task as you will be supporting a large number of students and staff daily
  • Enjoy working in a high pressure, busy environment
  • Willingness and capacity to learn new tasks
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and keep calm under pressure
  • A strong team player who respects and helps others
  • Stong organisational and administration skills
