Student Office Reception/SENCo Administrator
Full Time, Term Time Only
Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring all processes and procedures are completed efficiently and in a timely manner
- Being able to offer students, staff, parents and caregivers administration support
- Administration tasks as directed by the Student Office Manager such as counter enquiries – data entry
- Enter and maintain student data in KAMAR as directed by the SENCo/HOD Learning Support
Personal Attributes
- Excellent communication and computer skills
- Conscientious and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excel and Word experience
- Experience with KAMAR or a student management system and advantage
- Ability to multi task as you will be supporting a large number of students and staff daily
- Enjoy working in a high pressure, busy environment
- Willingness and capacity to learn new tasks
- Maintain strict confidentiality and keep calm under pressure
- A strong team player who respects and helps others
- Stong organisational and administration skills
