MIT OPEN DAY – Saturday 2 September

It’s time to start thinking about putting your study plans into place for 2024, and Open Day is the perfect time to discover what MIT is all about.

 

Why come to Open Day? It’s your one-stop shop for everything MIT.

On the day you can:

Speak to the teaching staff and find a programme that suits you. There will be subject experts for the programmes offered at all 5 campuses.

Take a guided tour through the clinical learning suites and through the trades and engineering campus

Get the answers to any questions you may have or get help with your application

Talk to the team about the services available to help you to succeed

Speak to the career advisors about your career options

Enjoy a free BBQ hosted by the Student Council and chat with them to find out why they love studying at MIT

If you’re ready, you’ll be able to apply and start your enrolment, including having your documents verified.

What you need to know

Time: 9am – 12pm

Address, map & parking:

MIT TechPark Campus (for engineering and trades)

MIT Manukau Campus (for all other subject areas)

Corner of Manukau Station Road and Davies Avenue, Manukau, Auckland, 2104. Free parking is available at both campuses from 9am – 12pm on the day. View on map

What to bring: Bring your ID (identification document) or a certified copy to process your application or enrolment (e.g. NZ Birth Certificate or Passport). If you have already applied, you will need your ID, references, and any other documents we’ve asked you for, so we can progress your application further What documents you need to bring.

If you want to go on a tour of Manukau and TechPark campuses, you will be required to wear covered toe shoes.
