Students deserve to feel that they belong to their school and that they are valued by their school. Rosehill College is proud of its commitment to student welfare that is evidenced through its caring culture and comprehensive care systems.

Care of our students begins before students even arrive. Our pastoral staff make various connections to our Year 8 schools and by the time that those students arrive as Year 9s, we are familiar with their requirements as learners and as young adults. Our pastoral experts meet at regular intervals to discuss students who are showing signs of struggling and we connect at an early stage with parents to form collaborative partnerships.

Rosehill College has extensive links with outside agencies with expertise in specific fields. In consultation with parents and the students themselves, we will utilise these agencies for short or long-term care plans.
